Island Creek Township is planning to apply dust control on the following: Maiden Hill, Backbone Ridge, Township Road 391, Township Road 613, and Seven Creeks Road, on Friday, August 8 weather permitting. These roads should be avoided for 3-5 hours to avoid getting tar on your car. Signs will be posted.

Powells Lane will be closed for slip repair beginning Friday, August 15 2025.
No opening date has been set at this time.

Island Creek Township Community Clean Up​
Island Creek Township will be hosting a Community cleanup day on October 11 from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. to help keep our community clean!

JB Green Community Clean Up

Island Creek Township will be hosting JB Green Team Community cleanup days on May 22 from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. to help keep our community clean!

Electric Aggregation Information
With rising costs in every facet of life placing a huge burden on everyone in Island Creek Township, we are hoping to combat this in anyway we can. Through the electricity aggregation program approved by the voters in 2015, the Township hopes to lower the ever rising cost of electricity.
